Processing: Coffee is roasted to order. Most orders ship in 1-3 business days.
Shipping Areas: United States (contiguous; PO Boxes allowed for most items).
Rates: Free US shipping at $59+; orders under $59 use standard rates shown at checkout. Multi-item orders may ship in more than one package.
Transit Times: Typically 2-5 business days with the US. Holidays/inclement weather may add time.
Tracking: Emailed when your order ships.
Address Issues: If the address is incomplete/incorrect, delivery may fail; we can reship once the package returns (additional postage may apply).
Damaged/Defective: Contact info@velennecoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order # and photos.
