When will my order ship?

Most orders roast and ship within 1-3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. US orders $59+ ship free. Under $59, standard rates apply at checkout.

Where is the coffee roasted?

In the US by our trusted partner roaster, roasted fresh to order to our selected profiles.

Do you offer whole bean?

Yes. We offer whole bean and ground.

​

How do subscriptions work?

You choose how often you need your coffee and receive a discount. Manage, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We’ll do our best. Email velennecoffee@gmail.com ASAP. Once roasting/fulfillment starts, changes may not be possible.

How is the coffee packaged?

A freshness-sealed valves inner bag ships inside our branded carton. For best storage after opening, use an airtight consisted.

​

How long will it stay fresh?

Best within 4-6 weeks of the roast date.

​

Do you accept returns?

Coffee is perishable, so we don’t accept returns of opened bags. If anything isn’t right, contact us within 7 days. Unused accessories: 30 days.

​

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

​

Do you offer decaf?

Not currently.
