Refund Policy

Coffee is perishable. We don’t accept returns of opened coffee. if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re unhappy with quality, email info@velennecoffee.com within 7 days of delivery for information on replacement or refund. Unused, unopened accessories may be returned within 30 days; buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.
